Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. No Refunds or Changes Post-Charge:
    • Once your subscription order is charged, we do not issue refunds or allow changes to the order.

    • Fresh produce and independent suppliers necessitate this policy to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Notification Process:
    • You will receive at least three notifications via text and email about your upcoming order.
    • Notifications are sent days before and on the day of the order, providing ample time to modify, postpone, or cancel your order.
  3. Charge Confirmation:
    • After your order is charged, you will receive an email confirming the charge.
    • Fresh goods are non-refundable and cannot be changed once charged.
  4. Faulty Items:
    • Refunds for faulty items are available.
    • You must provide photographic evidence of the fault within 24 hours of delivery.
  5. Cancellation and Order Management:
    • Customers are responsible for managing and canceling their own orders. We do not manage orders on behalf of customers.
    • Emails asking to cancel do not count as a cancellation.
